Hi Julie and Taylor, I worked with Steven for several years at the City of Loveland. It was a real joy to work with him and to consider him a friend. Steven learned I was a painting my house and lent me his sprayer without a second thought. He was just that kind of guy. He exemplified the notions of integrity, hard work and kindness.
